Our club is special in so many ways. Membership offers access 7 days a week our magnificent clubhouse and deck with the most stunning vista of Melbourne. Sailing activities up to 4 times per week all year round. Slightly smaller than other clubs but big on a relaxed friendly culture for all in the community. 

Full members are entitled to all the privileges of the club, including being permitted to; have a boat on the register, car park access, vote/move/amend motions, nominate others/be appointed to office or the General Committee. Partners of existing Full members may become Full members at 50% of the current Full subscription. Partners of Full members do not pay a nomination fee.

Family membership includes one or two adults and their children (up to 24 years of age).
The adult/s have all the rights, privileges and liabilities associated with Full membership. Children of Family will have restricted privileges of the club.

Crew Members are for those over age of 30 years, and take an active role as a crew member in club organised sailing events. They have non-voting members rights.

This is an optional addition to the Intermediate, or Crew memberships.

You will receive all of the benefits of your membership, plus pre paid access to most HBYC Boating Academy courses and discounts on the remaining.

Youth are 7 years to 18 years who have the opportunity to join our Junior Fleet and learn to sail dinghies in our Discover Sailing Training Centre. Training programs operated by Yachting

Hardstand Rental: $3124 per year/$260 per month.
Swing Mooring: $2090 per year/$174 per month.

Dinghy Rack: $495 per year/$41 per month.

Slip & Scrub: $365 for boats up to 11 metres and $460 for boats over 11 metres in length. Boat must be on the HBYC Club Register. Non registered boat slip & scrub $691

Yard Charges: 1 Day slip $182 - Weeks 1 & 2 $49 - Week 3 $91 - Week 4 $161 - Week 5 $224 (and thereafter) - Non registered boat Yard standing charges $48.00 per day.

Boat Movements (labour assistance) $100 per hour
